As usual, when I was hard at work on something important that needed concentration, I got this call again. The usual recorded voice addressed me as "Dear customer". Before turning to Tellows I looked it up on another site and found there had been 169 complaints about it there alone in a few days. Surely the authorities can do something about this, or are the perpetrators so clever they cannot be traced? I hope they are, and that they will get their deserts for their criminal behaviour.
Fraud number rang a recorded message saying I had ordered a phone from amazon. This is the second reference to amazon in the last week the other was an email. DO NOT PRESS 1
