SCAM!!Got an email under the pretence that it was my boss! It then asked me to go out and buy 10 copies of £100 gift cards (£1000 total) as presents for the staff. When I asked about payment he proceeded to ask me to pay for it out of my own cash and I would be reimbursed. I told him I didn’t have that kind of money lying about and he told me to just get what I could. He was also VERY insistent on this being a secret surprise. Thank god I realised this was a scam but I worry about others falling for this

Very heavily accented Indian accent, also appalling sound quality with lots of noise in the background. Asked for business owner. Refused to tell me the name of their company and hung up when I asked this.
No idea why they called me. I wouldn t offer my details to a random caller asking for them so they wouldn t say why they are calling. My advice is to challenge their claim who they are. Websites, letters and phone calls prove nothing. They ll soon go away if they re not getting anywhere.
