The chap who called was very polite. He said the high street banks had been fined again and had I taken out any ppi claims since 2013? If I hadn't he said he would be able to help me but I had to let him know which banks I had taken out the claims with. I told him I was busy and asked him to call back.
Call Centre (company ECC?) asking if I had claimed ppi and bank charges and when I said yes she asked if I had made any claims in the last 3 months as banks and financial institutes had been fined for not paying back everything they should. She claimed to be calling me back and I said I had never heard of her company so she couldn't be calling me back. She then appeared to be reading text from a screen and I just left her to it while I carried on about my business and then she hung up.
