They are based on wharf industrial estate in bury, Manchester and Blackburn. The staff who call have no idea, nor choice of who they ring as the system selects a number at random from their data, and only when the line opens do they see your name and address etc. They are legitimate in terms of what they are offering (a free hearing frequency test at your local football club/hotel) however, if you will receive any money should a claim be successful is questionable. SCAM. Claimed to be Sky checking Broadband speed but wanted me to log onto a different website to input my Sky info. Didn’t even know my name or address. When challenged started to shout and swear.
Fraud Caller with very strong foreign accent insistent and aggressively told me I had committed a Vader of fraud and had been ignoring letters and calls and I would be arrested. Advised they are breaking the law by calling someone on telephone preference service.

This number has rung all day long. When I did answer, a man said he was from the Telephone preference service, and said they could give me help with unwanted calls. Hung up.
