Apparently I have won several thousand dollars in a US draw without buying a ticket. I was given a reference number but it sounds very much like a scam.

A spam. Suggested that my British Telecom landline was about to be disconnected and I was to choose option one to pay or two to disconnect. I don't have a contract with BT.

Automated Scottish female voice left a message quoting a reference number and telephone number to call back. The company was called Zinc, which I m assuming is a debt collection company or someone attempting to steal my personal information, seeing as I have no debt.

Automated phone thing. When you pick up and say nothing, it clicks off..If you say hello there's some payment protection message.

Be very careful of whoever s calling you from the number it s a scammer don t give your bank details or pay any money for whatever reason

Re below....untrustworthy!!! Claimed to be from EE, asked me if they were speaking to me by my name, I confirmed that they were speaking to the right person. Then they said “I’m going to hang up now” then hung up Reported to EE, they said they are a marketing company and are partners with EE as he checked it on the EE website. EE advised me to sign up to the telephone preference service (TPS). I did just that. They said it was a very strange call to have especially from a marketing company so has

omg yeah i know what you mean sharon they tried calling me again today well shud i say they called me several times again when i told them where to go and that i have infact got there address they put the phone down on me yes i have reported it to the police here and in liverpool where there operating from sharon you need to do that also i cannot understand how they are getting away with this but they will get there comeupence sharon what comes around goes around and also where are they getting our numbers
