Fraud Left a computerised voicemail claiming that my Amazon account had been compromised, and that a refurbished iPhone had been ordered, costing over £300. Message was threatening to close my account if I don’t press 1, to speak to ‘Amazon primes fraud department’. Funnily enough, there’s no order on my account!

Apparently going to help me save money on my bills. Scammers. Clues - Indian sounding person, call centre where you can barely hear what they are saying, when you ask them to repeat they say something different. I have a particularly loud whistle, they soon hang up...

I left this comment on the Voxbone SA Scam Number function, which is apart of their website. Number seems to possibly be a missed call scam of a 0845 number. The number calls at around exactly the same time everyday, and leaves a voicemail that is completely blank. The idea of the scam is to make the mobile owner not pick up, but cost them on their next bill. Even though the caller did not initiate the call, the phone company will state they did. The male voice said they were calling from my bank to inform me that a large sum of money had been sent abroad and a purchase had been made on Amazon. The instructions were to press number 1 or 3 to speak to someone. At this poit I hung up.
SCAM had my name and was trying to get details like age and if I was a smoker out of me. While I was talking he googled the number to see if it’s from the pension company he was claiming he was from. It didn’t come up so I told him it’s a scam and i’m giving his number to the police. He began to cuss me out and said “you’re a waste of time. Go jump off a bridge and kill yourself” and then he hung up the phone. He was trying to force an english accent but was definitely foreign. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM.

Called said "calling about your minor car accident"! Kept pushing for information! Hung up eventually.
This is the latest number using the old con about your IP address being compromised and will be cut off in 24 hours. The message was in an American accent, for fun I pressed 1 and was put through to an Indian call centre. I could hear lots of voices in the background. Unfortunately the line went dead before I could wind them up. The number is now barred!

this number calls my mobile at least 3 times a day and has been ding for months. it s a PPI claim back company allegedly - I have just claimed back my own PPI and it has cost me zero pounds - don t bother with these idiots
