This number was supposed to be a dedicated customer service text service for Flawless Cosmetics. I made an order on 9th Feb 2022,paid by credit card and a couple of days later I received an email to say the order was on its way. Its 4th March and still no product. Same script and same voice used as previous attempt from a different number. Do not give her any personal info. I wasted her time for a while then she got frustrated and hung up.
The caller's accent was so strong I could not understand a word he said!

Rang and asked for me by maiden name (2 years out of date), I politely asked 'who's calling please?' ..and they hung up!
Also on Orange PAYG and have had 3 calls from this number over the last 2 days. My mobile usage is minimal , so I only expect important or emergency calls. Why can t Orange block this number, and stop them being such a pain. I have no idea how they even got my number, as only my family have it.
