Man called - said his name was Sean Cruz - said he was from the Citizens Advice - got my details from the Office of Fair Trading. Said his address was 24 Lancashire!! I pressed him more, said his address was 24 Heather Ave, Lancashire, 208 001 Tried to get details out of me, I would not confirm anything. Told him I was registered with TPS and he should not be calling. He told me he s been getting away with these calls for years and TPS were useless. I used to have a temporary subscription with them, which has expired and I have not renewed. They have not left me alone since and would cold-call me every week or so, trying to sell subscriptions to me, even though I explicitly told them to put me on the Do Not Call list numerous times.

We received the same message at our work, however I did catch the last part and it was giving a password for something! - Weird

Caller claimed I had a problem with malware on my PC and he would guide me through the repair of it. He asked me to turn on my computer and when I told him no, he got aggressive, told me my PC would screw up and then hung up.
