SCAM Received a call apparently from O2 asking if my phone service was good. I said it was fine and hung up. Almost immediately after I received a warning from O2 by text: *SECURITY WARNING* The one-time code you requested will arrive shortly. If someone's calling you and asking for a code, please end the call because they DO NOT work for O2. If you suspect fraud, call us on 202 so we can protect your account. Soon after a code came from O2. This suggests the caller was trying to access my account.
I keep getting calls from this number and to be honest its quite inconvenient especially when I`m on the roof half way up a ladder. How can I bar this no from my phone?

SCAM claims to be Tony from carphone warehouse. My Android identifies the caller as Al Kareem a legitimate company, so i answered, so it looks like they are trying to mask their Id by using that number when they call.
I have had endless calls from 0161 and 020 numbers over the past week on my mobile which I have blocked but yesterday 01473671964 and 01473671968 called 16 times on my landline ...

Untrustworthy scale - 10! Computer scam! Have been called at least five times in as many days. Different person each time (one time a woman, the rest were men). Some VERY aggressive. Tried to sell me loft insulation, told he I ve got recently on a grant. Then went onto cavity wall insulation,, can t have that done, not got proper cavity walls. Then tried to sell me external cladding insulation. Told her to sod off and I would be reporting the call as a nuisance. She then went on to try and sell me a new gas boiler.
