I did not answer this call but on checking origin it came from Russia, Kalmytskija region. I do not know anyone in Russia and would say this was diff a potential spam or phishing scam.
TEXTED TO SAY I HAVE MISSED MY PARCEL DELIVERY AND TO VISIT royal-mail-redelivery.co BUT WHEN I VISITED IT , IT WANTED £3.99 AND GAVE A REF. No. FOR DELIVERY SO WHEN I CHECKED ROYAL MAILS WEBSITE AND CHECKED OUT THE REF. No. IT DID NOT MATCH.

Nasty pieces of work. It is nasty people from Unite, that so-called trade union who are notorious in the (TV and radio) news for selling out clients to 3rd parties, colluding with employers of their own membership, and selling s**t like stannah stair lifts, private health insurance, Unite s own credit card, enhanced legal services for divorces, deaths of kids and other stuff nobody asked for. They hang up, when challenged for their surnames and call centre location.

I suggested that this response wasn t very articulate and his lack if intelligence may be the root of his problems. This provoked even more anger. I was called on my mobile from this number at 15.05 on 4 May 2023. I didn't get to the phone before it stopped ringing and there was no message left. On 24 April 2023, I was also called from a number in the same range, that is 0141 320 0285, with exactly the same results. I've now blocked both numbers, but no doubt they could call me next week from 0141 320 0275 or similar! I've given it the benefit of the doubt with a rating of Annoying. I think it's actually likely to be Dangerous.
