Pleasant Scottish lady referring to a survey she claimed I had completed 12 to 18 months ago. Ha! She then proceeded to ask me questions about arthritis joint pain etc. But when I gave vague and evasive replies she gave up and rang off saying OK I ll leave you to the rest of your day.

He gave me an overly cheerful 'gooooood morning', which I didn't know how to answer because it's 4pm here. As I considered my response, the line went dead.
