They are a company trying to sell replacement windows and doors.
Safe number Is actually an Indian guy calling who refers you to O2 who sign you up for their Sim Only deal. Shame they have a dodgy-sounding Indian guy getting them customers, because it makes O2 look dodgy. FYI: I have received all genuine emails and contract info from O2 and... I received my SIM! 100% legit (apart from the guy calling millions of numbers from India hoping to get someone to say yes so he can earn his referral commission from O2!).

called saying they were from O2, as I was on the phone I got a text from O2 with a security warning that someone had requested a code and not to give it out to anyone so hung up and blocked them
