I did not answer when I saw this call, couldn t find anything online and no voicemail recorded (if it s important enough someone will leave a message). I rang back on my work line and it comes up as not found . So using an educated guess, I would put this down as PPI, car accident and the various other nuisance calls.

No-one who can't verify these poor conditions would be entitled to a refund, let alone one that was for more than the cost of the holiday.
