They are very apologetic and promise to remove your number straight away from their database. Not much evidence that this actually happens though. Thieving s*theads. The idea is to ask you to download remote desktop software to gain access to your computer, then attempt to bamboozle you with made up technical nonsense whilst in the background they copy your files and internet settings in the hope that yo have stored online banking credentials.
