Sounds dodgy. Says my National Insurance number has been deactivated due to fraudulent use and to ring them immediately on this number. And yet this is a mobile number !!! Doesn't sound right, and I will not be ringing.

0203 769 7565 - My elderly mother advised she had received a scam call, claiming to be Sky and calling her by name. Asian sounding woman (Susan) stated Sky are changing from monthly debit standing order to single annual payment, required upfront. CALLED, DIDN T ANSWER, LOOKED ON HERE FIRST, PROMPTLY BLOCKED. EASY. IM AT A STAGE NOW I CANT BE ARSED TO ANSWER/SPEAK TO THESE ANNOYANCES ANYMORE SO LOOK UP MISSED CALLS AT END OF DAY/WEEK - LABEL THEM IN MY PHONE BOOK AND THEN BLOCK THEM. SAVES ME LOOSING MY MARBLES. :-)
