They have rung a number of times stating I need to pay a debt for pay day loan for which I am apparently a guarantor for a former employee. They threaten court action in next two days. They went silent when I asked where my court papers are as you cannot start proceedings without them. They are crooks and I have reported them and the former employee to the police and Actionfraud.
