I've been charged by o2 over £18 due to this number 61991! Any advice on what to say when I call up o2 to talk to them to see if I can get it taken off my bill?!
Usual scam ringing about a car accident I've had "in the last three years". I haven't had one. The caller said he was from 'AMS' and put the phone down on me without apologizing for disturbing me!! how rude! Because of that I'm going to report the company to the ICO/ofcom.
