Claim to be from VISA reporting a potential card infringement. Clearly a scam. Probably fraud. If the map of the call location is accurate it is a commonly used place with multiple phone numbers shown operating from it.

Said they were from HMRC, so hung up as obvious scam
Definite scam - warning - beware!!! UK male claimed to be from White Goods Protection UK. Knew my name and address. Said my cover for my washing machine was due to expire, and they could renew but for a reduced premium of only £66 something this year. When I asked when he thought I had taken out cover with him, he replied "When do I KNOW you mean" then he disconnected the call. Block this number!
