called me and didnt talk to me, most likely scam

Call center maybe. Rings two to four times a every day even on Sunday for a number of months. Today three phone calls from whoever and it's 13:11, so I suspect there will be more today as this phone number rings me in the afternoon and evening too, even 9pm.

SPAM Claiming to be Citizens Advice Bureau trying to get me to sign up for an IVA!
Said she was calling from BT open reach about my internet being hacked. Said she would not ask for any personal or bank details. Asked if I had given my internet password to anyone outside my house. I kept asking her for her details but she then asked me if I had a mobile phone. I knew she was scamming and asked her to shut up for one moment and she then said and you shut up two and then she hung up. This would have been dangerous if I had let her download any app or software to my phone

Any one who rings and doesn’t leave a message in my book are dangerous.
SCAM , VOIP number from Indian call centre claiming to have an offer from PC World, hung up when i asked for more information about identity/
