It was auto call telling me my name was being used against a tax fraud and if i didn't press 1 the frraud would be sent in my name. I pressed 1 and was asked the reason for my call. i told him then he ask for my name which i gave then he said hang on while i look up uour name to bring up my files. Thinking about it now he may have been connecting to my phone. Could it be a scam

An O2 customer service representative confirmed that it is an O2 number, or rather that O2 uses this company to sell its services. The Managing Director at Intelling is a chap called Phil Morgan. A man called to sell me cavity wall insulation. When i tried to find out details about his company he told me "You should go to hell". When I asked his name he said it was "none of your business". He then told me to "fuck off."

Found listed online as giffgaff Customer service. My mobile phone account was debited by £6.25. Obvious scam as giffgaff as I found out later have no call centre to contact them.
