Had this number blocked before for sending a text message for a repair supposedly from Open Reach when I never requested for one. It tries ringing me just now and came up on blocked number notification.

Recorded announcement saying that HMRC has fraud case registered and that recipient must press one. Hung up as call came from local number and not standard HMRC practice. Likely to be scam.
