Not sure tried to call it back and its saying they are but I did call the acutal British Passport office and they have told me that this number is FRAUD! so do not give any information of yours! to 02038597401 this is a fraudulent number. This telephone number rang my mum who hasn't got a clue about online banking or the internet. A bloke called James Taylor claimed he was from Action fraud. He informed my mum that she had activity on her bank account that wasn't showing up, and he then persuaded her to transfer a huge amount of money to there account, saying she will get it back after investigation of a few days. Which would be to late. Please stay clear of this number and block them.

When I responded that I did not know the person asked for, the caller wanted me to give my name, address, date of birth, marriage status so that he could "verify that I was not the person he was demanding to speak to". Automated call : Sounded like an old lady offering me a free Energy Survey. However, when I tried to ask questions the spiel just continued with no response to me until the caller ended the call.
This number has rang me 4 times in 2 weeks, supposedly sky technical department, sayingmyinternet is running slow & they will help me to put it right, it’s a scam of some sort,as once I refuse to do what they want me to do, they immediately hang up
