This number called me today and when I asked who they were they hung up on me. No reputable company would behave like this. I tried calling back but got a recorded message about a J Marner or something similar.

Been called 5+ times a day by these people. They are always foreigners with bad English and bad attitudes. They will not tell me what they want and they repeatedly call despite me demanding they remove me from the call list.

According to this site this number is from Easingwold, Yorkshire, in the UK. I do not know anyone in this area and they did not leave a message, so presume its a scam type call and classed it as annoying. If callers are not prepared to leave a message and just drop a call after a few rings it seems to me that the caller wants you to ring them back and who knows what that might lead to.
