I work for BT so know forwell this is a scam. The empoyee ID have gave me was also invalid and he hung up when questioning futher.

Called back and was clearly a call centre, when I asked why they had called it was to do with "the accident I had on the road"...news to me, have not been in any accid...
Sounds like a BT Scam to me!
