It s only ten digits, needs 11 to be valid in the UK. Also, it s probably an unregistered PAYG mobile, unlikely to be identified.

This number is saying on a recorded message that they are HMRC and we should ring back before they take us to court!!!! I don t think so, SCAM be ware!!
