The call was allegedly from Sure Cover to revise my life insurance cover, then they said I was eligible for a better price and they tried to pass me to another department but I hang the call at that point. I searched and I found an article confirming it's a scam.

Fraud Claim to be BT Internet & they detected fraudulent activity on my line & we’re going to disconnect unless I spoke with their operator. I spoke with the Asian sounding operator & suggested he do one. SCAM SCAM SCAM
Don’t waste your breath talking to these people. Put the phone down on them immediately or if you are so minded, just tell them to **** off . . . they’ll get the idea.

Called by this number, nothing said and then just hung up.......
Got a call today informaing of PPI payment due to me! Told the caller that I wasn t due any as I havdn t had finance in years due to bankruptcy, anyway he was quite convincing so I went along with it for a while, he then passed me over to another handler from CLAIMS ADVISOR GROUP, who went through even more Bull, she asked me about anymore finance that I may have had to which I again said that I had been bankrupt, she tried to end the call there as I wasn t entitled, I then had a rant and asked where they
