Sounds like a robot call from a bank anti fraud call. That's why I looked the number up. Since the number hasn't come up on search I can. Only assume its a scam. Anybody else had a call like this? It seems very real

SCAM Number called me yesterday voice mail left saying Thai embassy, rubbish, 5+ times they try using different numbers

This phone number called me and as soon as I answered the call was disconnected. I not from the UK but I recently visited Manchester, I hope there is no problem from this call.
Private number
I called back this number and it said it was a unrecognised number so seems like a scam. It was on my work number so its annoying as you think you missed a important call.
Safe number Friendly number
Getting so fed up with calls from this number, and others including what appear as mobiles, telling me that my "home appliance insurance" with them has expired, or is about to expire, and asking for my bank details so that it can be renewed. Very strange that the company insuring me (they're not, of course) has no idea what appliances I have. Calls coming 2-4 times each day.
This is a number used for scam claiming to be Amazon.

Silent call multiple times a day. Never leaves a message. I called back using mobile. Non English speaker who just kept saying 'sorry, sorry' and then started calling my mobile which is now blocked.
