SCAM claimed to be calling from Microsoft and when she realised that we weren't going to fall for her bull$h!t she got stroppy and insulting. When are they going to learn that they have been trying this scam for so long, people are getting wise to them. IDIOTS!!!!!!

From Romford, don't know any one there,, about eco installations, haven’t asked for one, never heard of them scary part knew my name. So I immediately hung up. I was not the middle of a shop.

Automated message left telling me there was a £300 and £1000 charge on my card. (No mention of which card). This was incorrect and therefore message is most likely a scam.
Internet Indian woman called to say she was from sky and that she needed me to download an app so she could connect to my internet in order to fix our router problem. The engineer apparently was out at the box fixing the first half of the problem. She was very insistent that I “Listen to hear and even speak to her manager”. When I looked at the app on the App Store the only review there says it’s a scam and NOT to download it! I hung up
