After months of peace from this number it has started calling me again, and still as silent as ever
This is a landline from Chippenham where we have family, got worried with an early in the morning phone call. Rang all family and they did not call so un-necessary calls to make sure not an emergency. Should not have to go through this first thing in the morning, it is a scam - not give it any of your valuable time.

SCAM - Electronic voice stated that there was a warrant out for my arrest for tax evasion.
Fraud - alleged crime reporting from HMRC asking to press a button ..... DONT DO IT EVER
I've got the call. When I picked up, some guy was laughing. Later a guy mentioned he was from my O2 provider company. I am not currently under contract with the O2. Then he laughed and hung up. I wasn't sure if this call was from a house with joking kids or if this was a real company. If that is a company, they have to have more attention to training their people to behave.

They asked for details to confirm who I was although they called me! Whilst talking and only confirming what they already knew, I searched and found it was a dodgy number so just hung up. and then blocked the buggers.
Buyacar.co.uk may call from this number to chase up an online quote.
