i had a call from this number about an accident in the last 2 years, when I stated that was not correct and asked to be taken of the callers files the male became aggressive and I had to terminate the call,he then rang back immediately on 01685643491, and tried to do the same again. Very aggressive

Attempted to 'dupe' me into believing this by having me look up www.sky.com on a site they directed me to which showed up 70+ Javascript errors (nothing to do with my WiFi but could frighten people unaware).
They then transferred me to "tech-support" specialist who asked me to download the Team-Viewer app in order to receive sky security software. DO NOT DO THIS.
Recorded message to say that my NI number had been used in high-level crimes and I was to press 1 to connect.
Needless to say I did not press 1 and the call terminated.
