Just made a payment via login to my Vanquis account. Payment made and showing Authorised. BUT after a few mins, here's/following message was being received. 'Your payment has been declined. Checked my account and made manual payment to vanquis credit card. This number called and left no message on my mobile so I called it back from my work landline. It is a company who said they were calling me about my recent all inclusive holiday that I was due to get a refund from to be sent to my home address. Told her I hadn't had an all inclusive holiday and she said she would remove my details from the system - impossible since I didn't tell her who I was or gave my number.
