Said some letter was forwarded back to the sender and there will be some legal action taken against me. I have no idea what this is about

No idea who called. I didn't recognise the number so I didn't answer. Caller's number apparently located in Newport, South Wales and no reason for anyone from that location to call me.

Said is was bank querying payment request for £700 Said press key if ok had not so just hung up did not press any key
Just got a call. They asked for me by name. I responded with "who is calling?" and they immediately disconnected. The number is not a working phone number. Definitely a scam, but concerned there is a list with my name and number on it out there

Silent call. I'm in the US.
It's halifax online banking absolutely top service I was talking to them last night and was walked step by step right through the full app and was able to initiate extra online and security triggers and enable spend and activity alerts direct to me along with unusual or unnecessary activity raisingvan alert to the fraud desk and me. You can trust the number i did a secure check but also so helpful even did my MBNA card as they are linked

Electronic voice claiming to be calling from Amazon about a "recent purchase". Untrue, potential scam, hung up.
