It appears to come from some serviced offices at Croxley House in Lloyd Street, Manchester. That probably means it s from some telemarketers trying to find out if you ve had an accident in the last few years. When I have unsolicited salespeople like this call me I always ask them what colour is their underwear. It works on female employees, but even better on men!
