I received a call from this number but I had to reject it as I was on another call on another phone. I rang the number back but the person said that they had not rang me but apologised for the inconvenience. I have now blocked the number.

A woman with a Scottish accent asked for me. I refused to confirm the name and said I would hang up if she didn t tell me who she was and why she was calling. She said there was no need to be so rude and hung up. A Google Search suggests it s an insurance sales telemarketer

Initial call missed, so called back immediatel,y only to be told that this number was not recognised. Repeated call back and was again told that the number was not recognised. My private house number which received the call is registered with "Telephone Preference Services"!!
