The telemarketer calls up and says that your name is on their system, in my car a year ago, and the account is inactive. Apparently, I signed on the internet (I did NOT) and they just have a name and a phone number on their records. When I challenged this they said that people use the internet and things like youtube all the time, and may not remember signing up for what they called a bonus product or something...
