Really weird, rang and asked for my daughter whom banks with co-op. Left her a message asking her to call 08448448899 ASAP as there was a problem with her account. She rang them later and they had no record of anyone calling her nor was there any problem with her account.

SCAM. Rang to say they wanted to renew my business electricity with Eon. Didn't tell me which business, and asked me to confirm I was happy for them to act on my behalf. I'm not with Eon.
