Claiming to be BT, saying getting reports that my router/internet speed is not as it should be. Spoken English with strong foreign accent.....said something very garbled and fast followed by OK Repeated, when I told him I had not been able to understand what he was saying. Same thing happened on 2nd time of not understanding.....but this time he hung up. Suspect not BT at all.

Asked me to send personal and sensitive information over 'Whats App' Dodgy as hell! Clearly, a fraudster trying to make money for Christmas. Call the Police and report!
