He proceeded to tell me the refund was to do with a credit card I had in 2008; when I told him I had never had a credit card, he then said that it must have been a loan; I told him I had never had a loan either and asked him where he was getting his information from... He then asked me to confirm my address was XYZ which was incorrect... DO NOT TAKE THE CALL; DO NOT GIVE OUT ANY PERSONAL"
