Called me, asked if they were talking to me, I asked who was calling, they gave my postcode and asked if correct, I asked who was calling again and they hung up on me

This is Akinika, chasing VAT payments for HMRC. They blame HMRC for not being able to leave a message or explain themselves properly. And the confusion/problems when people naturally take them as spam or fraud. But probably love the extra they can charge, for the further action that results in! More broken Britain in action... waste and a silly govt.
