Phone number 0151 513 7914; person on phone asks me how I am and says she is from Virgin Media. I know she is not and she knows she is not. I am having lots of calls from, apparently, Virgin Media, who says there is a scam on my Virgin Media Not even entertaining them now, just block the number

Manchester seems to be the Spam call capital of Britain at the moment. Here s another number that never leaves a voicemail and which I don t recognise.
SPAM - Home Appliance Serve. Regarding appliance warranty extensions, but didn't know which unit she wanted to talk about. She also didn't know if they are registered in the UK.

This looks like O2 calling but is actually someone posing as O2 trying to SELL stuff. Tell them to get a life and a Job.
