Allegedly a helpline for the Bannatyne Spa group. Have waited forty minutes at a premium rate with no response! If this is a reflection of the organisation then avoid!
Ambassador claims advising I had a non fault road accident when advised I ve never had a car accident became rude and slammed phone down. English accent however using my local area code to call seems a scam to me! Needless to say now blocked!
