Fraud - say they are calling from HMRC about a tax fraud on your account - is a recorded message asking you to "press 1 to record this with them" - I put the phone down at that point!!

Ask for a website address to look into details. They gave me a random company based in essex web site address. I told him I would call him back from the website to make sure they were legit. I got a very confused lady on the end of the phone but reported it to her telling her someone was using her website as a cover up. Not cool.
