It's a fraud scam. They've somehow got a list of people who have purchased white goods and they're calling them to tell them the warranty has expired. I told him to fuck off and put the phone down as they were clearly trying to get me to pay for a new insurance policy when I blatantly didn't. Not only is my washing machine only 4 months old and therefore still under the manufacturer's warranty but I also to out a policy with Domestic & General which is valid for life so long as I continue to pay th
