A real person but trying to conduct a "you've been in a car accident while on holiday" scam. It would appear I got this call as a result of listing a car on Autotrader.
No one was there when I answered
Keep getting called by this number - never pick up numbers like these, let the machine sort it. This last one was 9pm on a friday night - complete disturbing pain in the arse.

I get a call from this number every week telling me a member of my household has had a traffic accident. They are a nuisance!!
