4th call this morning. Same message but all from different numbers. Recorded message from "bt"regarding my internet connection being disconnected today. Press one to speak to some or 2 to proceed with disconnection.
THIS NUMBER IS NOT HALIFAX OR THE LLOYDS BANKING GROUP. I PHONED THEM TO CONFIRM. I DON T KNOW WHO IT IS OR WHAT THEY WANT. I WOULDN T PHONE THEM BACK JUST IN CASE. Just had a call from this number on my mobile. There was a lady there with an accent I didn t recognise. She gave no name, and said she was from Halifax regarding my personal account. I used to have an account with Halifax, but I shut it down about a year ago, but I do still have a joint account with my husband, that isn t used. She asked for
