This is someone telling me about my computer. Couldn't quite understand what he was trying to tell me. They hung up in the end .
Same experience as other reports: Caller claims to be able to give £2000 grant for recycling windows and asks how many windows would be available for recycling. Couldn t answer my question as to who funds the grant.
