This number is a recruitment agency known as 'Skilled Careers' in London. Probably calling you regarding a job or your CV if you have posted it online.

"Utility Care Club" claiming our subscription had been reduced. We aren't members. Sounded dodgy. Looked it up. It appears to be a real company (incorporated 2019). If it the real company, it ignored TPS, and told a falsehood on the phone. Umbrella company for servicing. Would not join one of these in any case. Definitely Spam.
