Said they were calling from London? in spite of Tyneside code. Heavily accented caller, who told me he was living in London but from West Africa. Calling from Microsoft Windows to advise me that my computer was downloading harmful programmes. Wanted to go through reconfiguring my computer with me. Challenged him, and put the phone down on him...he was persistent.
