They constantly ring me. Blocking the number is futile, they simply use another phone line. I have asked them not to ring, I have threatened with an harrassment charge but no effect. Someone needs to stop them from calling people constantly

This number has called me again today on my ex-directory No. but do not leave a message when asked to do so...I believe it is a double glazing co.? Because I am not answering the phone at all because of them genuine callers are thinking I am out so not leaving a message for me. If I heard who the caller was I would answer it immediately.
