this is a scam call, vishing for accident details. When I questioned the caller (as I work in Insurance), he put the phone down on me.

This number is associated with a company called "Knowhow" which has a website for tracking deliveries from currys. They claim to deliver things but don t. I am currently trying to track where my delivery went as I didn t receive it. They claim it was delivered. So I wouldn t trust this bunch
SCAM / SPAM Says calling from BT Openreach about "problems with your router" Try to bamboozle you into editing your registry settings and they will "fix" it for you, at a cost. Swear at them and put the phone down.

Received a text saying that my credit card number ending in xxxx (numbers actually given) had not been used for a while and invited me to do a short survey at my cost. I have not answered the text but am interested in knowing exactly whoit is from.
